You rock Joanna. I know this video is a few years old however the info remains relevant. My question is, if I workout at 7pm and bedtime is 11pm, could I get away with a protein shake and a big bowl of steamed veggies post workout? Rather than a full dinner? I struggle to eat right after a workout but eating a full meal too late disrupts my sleep.

I guess I might be an ecnomorph, but...I get muscles easily and I find that I gain muscles faster than I learn coordination, which does make exercizing a worst experience for me, because I tend to break stuff more easily. This extra strength and muscle mass does make simple stuff more difficult for me, so it's a huge discourager to do exercise besides laziness. Also, it causes me to accidentally break stuff more often. Fat is squishy and doesn't add force, so I have less issues managing bulk that comes from fat.
I really love your workouts, Joannah! ive done this particular one five to 10 times and its stuck as my workout routine for the strenght category. Though I cant quite do them all the way through. You have crystal-clear like instructions, there so easy to understand. And you are one of the few that understand others needs. Thank you for being an awesome workout teacher!

Hi Johanna, thank you for the plan I downloaded it. But I have some questions. On the last column it shows number of sets, does it mean on 2nd month, week 3-4 Mon-Wed-Fri days the exercise is 2 hours since ech of the 30 min workouts should be done by 2 sets?
Can I like use these only 4 exercises in upper and lower body workouts or should I add more exercises?
